1) What is the sale price?
The sale price of Rs 5.5 /cft is applicable at pit head only.

2) How to confirm order?

The Four Step procedure to place order online has also been displayed on the front page (under How It Works) of this portal.

3) Arrangement of transport for online order.
The buyer will have to arrange his own transport/vehicle.

4) Transportation facility to General Public.

The buyer will have to arrange transport vehicle of his own. However to facilitate the General Public, Department has also made provision by displaying list of transporters in the respective Districts along with their mobile number which will be shown to every buyer while placing the online order. Buyer can also call any of the displayed transporter for transportation facility.

5) Transportation Charges.

Maximum Charges for transportation of Minerals in the State of Punjab (per Metric Tonne per Kilometre) has already been displayed on the front page of this Portal.

6) What mode of payment can be used for online order?

Presently, all orders will be executed on the basis of Online payment/pay on site at pit head of respective mines.

7) Regarding Complaint in case of illegal Mining.

Anyone can register complaint through complaint android application developed by Department, the link of which is displayed on the front page of this portal.

8) Regarding any dispute.

Any person can approach the office of concerned Executive Engineer cum District Mining officer in case of any dispute in the matters related to Mining.
