Area is free from Section 4 and/or 5 of the Punjab Land Preservation Act, 1900 and any kind of forest
Digging of the earth at the site is not prohibited by any court of law or any authority or otherwise
He will abide by all relevant provisions for excavation of earth; and
Compensation has been settled with the land owner mutually and a copy of the agreement signed between the applicant and the landowner qua-mutual settlement of the compensation is attached (in case land is owned by the applicant himself, the proof thereof).
Any other Condition applicable as per PMMR 2013

Applications submitted with any or whole wrong/ information will be rejected upon notice and the applicant will be debarred from applying for a period of ___years.
