Specific Place of Stockyard:
I hereby undertake that:
- I shall not indulge in any sort of illegal mining of any minor mineral.
- I shall abide by with the provisions of the Punjab Crusher Policy 2022, the Punjab Minor Mineral Rules, 2013, the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and all orders/directions issued by the State Government from time to time made in regard of operation of Stone Crusher/Screening Plant.
- I shall allow the officer authorized by the department to enter the premises of my Stock for checking or assessment purposes.
- I have never been convicted with imprisonment for any violation of Mines & Mineral (Regulation & Development) Act, 1957 and Rules made therein time to time by State Government.
- I shall display the selling price of each item to be sold from unit on a notice board displayed at the stockyard premises.
- I shall keep accurate and faithful accounts showing the quantity and other particulars containing the particulars of the source and quantity of each the mineral/minerals and/or its products purchased/received and sold/dispatched from the stockyard in the register.
- I shall issue Mineral Transit Pass for every carrier transporting the mineral or its products for every trip from the stockyard.
- I shall allow any authorized person of Department of Mines and Geology to -
- Enter and inspect the stockyard including mineral processing unit, if any, building, office or any relevant premises ;
- Survey, weigh, measure or take measurements of the stocks of mineral/ minerals and/or its products lying at the stockyards;
- Examine the Licensee or any person having the control thereof or connected there with;
- Collect any other relevant information;
- Collect samples of any mineral/minerals and /or its products.
- I shall display the license prominently at the stockyard or at his/her normal place of business. If at any time, the License granted under these rules is lost or destroyed, the Licensee shall forthwith report the fact to the Licensing Authority.
- I shall bound the stock yard with boundary wall or fence the same and shall maintain one entry point and one exit point.
- I shall comply with the provisions of the Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and the Punjab Minor Mineral Rules, 2013 and Punjab State Crusher Policy 2022 and all orders/directions issued by the State Government from time to time.
- In case of non-compliance/default/breach of any of the conditions of the grant or any provisions, the Director or an officer authorize by him may suspend or seize or cancel the license in accordance with the provisions of the Punjab Minor Mineral Rules, 2013, Punjab State Crusher Policy 2022 and all orders/directions issued by the State Government from time to time.
Applications submitted with any or whole wrong/ information will be rejected upon notice and the applicant will be debarred from applying for a period of ___years.
